Dear The Honorable David Clarke,

We are very grateful to you for your speech in NSW Parliament on Sep 5th, regarding the support to the Democracy Manifesto declared by Bloc 8406 and the protest to the current human rights oppressions in Viet Nam.

Please continue spreading your words, particularly to your colleagues who are attending the APEC Summit held in the imminent November, demanding the Vietnamese authorities to cease all repressions against individuals who peacefully express views different from theirs.

Our Bloc 8406 highly appreciates Your relentless support that has provided much strength to us all, particularly those who are currently living under the constant threat by the communist government.

On this occasion, we would like to send you the Letter of Bloc 8406 to the Leaders of APEC Nations who will come to Viet Nam in 2006, and the Bloc’s two declarations of 10 Fundamental Conditions for a free and fair National Assembly Election and of the Progress to democratise Viet Nam which would be realized in 4 stages & 8 steps.

Thank you once again for supporting the cause of a Viet Nam of true freedom and democracy.
